The P is just so angry that she can’t see what she did and it’s her fault for trusting a person she shouldn’t have. it was a her mess and she doesn’t want to admit it. She shouldn’t have let this D drive it. She trusted a any person with her car. The D isn’t a good person. She knows she should have paid more. The P wasn’t trying to pull a “scam” she just wanted her insurance not to be raised. The D just got a good deal and knew coming in here she’d be looked at better. TheD played the P.

The defendant is responsible, but the important thing is that the plaintiff rented out an insured car. If you lend or rent out your car to someone and they crash it, if they’re to blame, the insurance pays, if they’re not, the other guy’s insurance pays. And if you insurance premiums go up, that’s perfectly normal, because if you lend your car out like that, you’re higher risk to them and you should pay more.
