$18,000 is the fine and NY is well known “alleging” insurance not in place when it actually was. The carriers you pay premium to notify the state and often there are administrative errors with NY’s Board. Many insureds get these letters/fines from the NY and none of them are ever accurate. Too bad this information is publicly leaked and if wrong will most likely not be retracted if found that it’s an administrative error…..
If the premium is calculated based on payroll, looks like I can make more money cleaning his toilets than I can on the commission on selling the policy to him! Hey Jaz-Z, you hiring?…I can clean your house and handle your insurance needs!
