Investors approve Prudential Fixed Income to manage €370 million Hudson CLO I B.V.
[Business Wire] – Prudential Fixed Income announced today that Aladdin Capital Management UK LLP, a subsidiary of Aladdin Capital Holding LLC, a U.S.-based investment banking and management company, has assigned its rights and obligations under a collateral management agreement with Hudson CLO I B.V. to its U.K.-based asset management business, Pramerica Investment Management Limited.
