I lost almost everything, however my loving wife has stood with me through all the abuse, I feel lucky as many others have not been so fortunate. Yesterday was very sad as she started to cry due to all the stress that WCB has caused us. She told me that i am nothing like my former self, mood swings, anger, memory problems, WCB has deliberately caused me injuries with their BAD FAITH TACTIC’S. When you get injured and need medical intervention, don’t file an injury claim or you won’t get any HELP
Okay so I won the appeal, now I have been sentenced to physiotherapy and made to do exercises/ weightlifting that has caused me further injury, my benefits again terminated and no medical help for my injuries.
I am now totally disabled and am not getting any help for my injuries, my life completely destroyed, sentenced to a life of bottles and bottles of pills, made to suffer in misery and pain.

unfunded liabilaty!! we dont put into the system so we are not alowed in the system. look at the ratio of claims short term vs long. short term=low cost output(med care,rehab,ect)+high input(multiple rates increses) VS long term=high output(pension,wageloss,homecare,ect)+low input(one rate increse,no more generated income,ect)…answer…we are forced out of the equation by any means they can find

We are seeking a judgement from the Supreme Court of Canada as we have been fraudulently subjected to an INSANE, POWER and MONEY HUNGRY workers compensation board who will go to any lengths to DENY injured and disabled workers their HEALTH RECOVERY and a chance to become a contributing member of society.
I don’t see why the WCB shouldn’t have to pay for undue hardship, loss of credit, loss of assets, etc. Are the three people mentioned trying to get anything else through the courts or is that it?
I have lost my sense of HUMOR and DIGNITY. I have lost my ability to believe that Workers Compensation is FAIR and HONEST and will HELP you if you are injured. I will forever be in MISERY and Poverty DENIED my health recovery due to WCB and their BAD FAITH insurance Tactic’s. Due to workers compensation I have lost my ability to TRUST ANYONE who works for the Government. I have lost my TRUST in Doctors, who took an oath to HELP me in my time of need. I have lost my TRUST in EMPLOYERS who think that it’s okay to see me BROKE and BROKEN. I have lost my TRUST in the POLICE,and the RCMP, and everybody who could have HELPED me, but chose to look the other way when I complained that I needed HELP.

I lost my HEALTH, my ability to provide for my family. my car / truck / rv motor home / I lost all my family’s savings, my wife was forced to get a job to keep the wolves from our door. My own health has suffered due to not having enough money for DENTAL CARE. Every single penny had to be counted to provide for our 2 children and their healthcare/dental care. My children were forced to drop out of sports programs and music programs at school..
