    Only one mortgage company taht I’m aware of requires sinkhole coverage. What I don’t understand is how they offer loans in other states that don’t have a sinkhole coverage on the homeowner’s policy.

    Yet lenders still require the homeowner to have sinkhole coverage forcing more people to have to buy from Citizens. I get the lender letters every week advising the policy holder they must carry the coverage that companies won’t have to offer. Instead of fixing the public adjuster issue they take away what anyone with a mortgage must buy.
