Seriously? Do you even know what the deportation rates are under Obama compared to Bush? HAve you done any research to back up your ridiculous comments or are you just repeating what Rush tells you to say?
And he failed to defend us from invasion and should be impeached??? Where was your call for Bush’s impeachment after 9/11?
This is such a very sad story. The lawsuit is good if only to show the goverment (whether Federal, State, County or local) that the bone-head idea of selling guns to crimminals so that they can catch them using the guns or selling them to others will come back and bite them every time.
This tradgedy was the result of drug thugs and it was cold blooded murder. Where they got the guns is pretty irelevant since they can be bought just about anywhere in the USA. Definitely incompetence on the part of BATF and AZ US Attorney however.
Only fit and proper, if a robber in California can sue the gun manufacturer when he is shot by the proprietor of the store he is robbing::then the gun supplier is liable for how the gun was used: therefore US government is liable for the actions of Holder and those who were benefactors of his distribution plan. Further more, the president has failed to defend the country from invasion and that my friends is treason and cause for impeachment.
Our Justice Dept has become so policical and has turned into a circus act of incompetents.
Holder should resign or be fired. Look at Arizona.

I’m not sure I support the reasoning of this lawsuit, but BATF and Justice Department have been the best supporters possible to the plantiffs. The stonewalling and cover-up needs to be exposed.
