BREAKING NEWS: One Dead, Two Wounded in Separate Shooting Incidents; Suspect Now in Custody
Jimmy Levering has been taken into custody by Kentucky State Police. State Police dispatchers say he was taken peacefully at 2:20 p.m. He is being taken to the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center. WSAZ.com has confirmed that one of the victims has died.
